The design of a metal jacketed gasket also may require different shapes and the styles mentioned above can be made to a variety. zinotak jacketed gaskets are normally manufactured with a high temperature filler. The standard filler is normally sufficient for applications up to 900º F. Other soft fillers are available for higher temperatures or special applications. The choice of the metal used for the jacketed part of the gasket would depend upon the corrosive conditions being encountered. |

Series: Corrugated Gaskets
The corrugated metal gaskets have been proven to be both reliable and cost effective for the
application on flanges and heads where boat loading is sufficient.
Corrugated metal is covered with graphite, ceramic or PTFE layer. An additional finishing layer
is applied depending on the requirements of the medium to be sealed. The gaskets with soft
layer on both sides are used in low pressure applications in large diameter flue gas ducts at
high temperatures
